For General Enquiries you may use the Contact form on the Contact page of the GIC main website.

By using any of the following methods, listed below, you will be able to contact me for Help or Support for any of your GIC services.


Live Help Centre
Click the "Live Help Centre" image, on the top of any page you see it to be taken to either a live contact chat area or if one of our support team is unavailable or offline you can still contact by leaving a Ticket and they will get back to you as soon as they come back online.

The GIC Live Help and Support systems is hosted on Camelot and Nairn so if either is down then you should still be able to get trough. 


Support Tickets
All current GIC customers with an account can login and use the HelpDesk support Ticket system. Visit HelpDesk Requires Client Login.

Forums
Use our forums to either read about issues raised by others or News and update posts by members of Admin staff. Or you can post any questions direct in the relivent forum topic.

Due to spammers lurking and waiting for an opertunity to do their nasty deeds you will need to register to actually post in the forums.
